How long will my order take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after shipping. You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Are the eyeglasses prescription glasses?
No. Our eyeglasses come with clear, non-prescription lenses. They are designed as fashion frames.
Do the sunglasses protect against UV?
Please check the product description of each style for its lens details. When a style lists UV protection, it is shown there.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item is unworn and in its original packaging. See Returns & Refunds.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund.
