Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping rates
- Orders of $39.99 or more: free standard shipping.
- Orders under $39.99: $20 standard shipping.
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time
After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy seasons or because of carrier delays.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it after the customer pays the new shipping cost.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, or tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot find it, email us at yadangxu657@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier and help you get a replacement or refund.
